1. Who we are

This website — humandesign.alvaroabreu.com, including the guide at /guia/ — is operated by Alvaro Abreu ("we", "us"), Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to support@alvaroabreu.com.

2. Birth data used to generate your chart

To create your free Human Design chart you enter your name, date, time and place of birth into a form provided by BodyGraph, the third-party engine that calculates the chart. That data is processed by BodyGraph under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your birth data on any server of ours.

After your chart is generated, its result can be kept in your own browser (localStorage) so the guide can personalize what you read. That copy never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Account data

To access purchased content you sign in with Google. Through our authentication provider (Supabase) we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We use this only to identify your account and unlock the products you purchased.

4. Purchases

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of which products your account has unlocked and the purchase information Stripe shares with us (such as the e-mail used at checkout and the amount paid).

5. Data stored in your browser

The site and the guide store small preferences and progress on your device only: language, theme, your chart data, saved charts, course progress and experiment notes. None of this is sent to our servers.

6. Analytics and advertising

We may use measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before enabling them.

7. Who we share data with

Only the service providers needed to run the site: BodyGraph (chart calculation), Supabase (authentication and access records), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU) and similar laws you can request access, correction or deletion of your data. E-mail us at support@alvaroabreu.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Retention and security

Account and purchase records are kept while your access is active, protected by the security measures of the providers listed above. You may request deletion at any time; deleting your account removes the access tied to it.

10. Children

This site is not directed at people under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above always reflects the current version.
